  • Who is it for?

    Everyone.

    We understand fitness classes and gyms are not always accessible to all – both financially and time wise. Our on demand platform is for all levels of fitness and is open to anyone over the age of 16 in compliance with our T&Cs.

    If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are, or think you may be, pregnant or have any concerns we always advise consulting with a medical professional before undertaking any fitness regime.

  • How does it work?

    It’s simple.

    Our Workouts On Demand are accessible through your account. Once you subscribe, you’ll have access to your personal channel which you can view on your laptop, tablet, mobile device or TV.

  • What do I get?

    Every week you will receive two new 30 minute workouts a week: from Kettlebells, Legs Bums & Tums to HIIT and Combat (plus you will have access to videos previously uploaded over the past three months)

    Please note, all workouts have an on-platform lifespan of 3 months.

  • What do I need?

    To ensure your home workout is as effective as possible, we recommend you purchase a few pieces of equipment. These do not have to be expensive but will ensure you can join in with 100% of the class. Some of our workouts feature the following:

    • A kettlebell
    • A mat (you can use a large towel)
    • A looped resistance band

    You can purchase your own kit/pack from the Fitness Superstore, they have competitive prices and you can take advantage of a 5% discount code on the above products when you QUOTE ‘ATP5’

  • What music do you use?

    Music is an essential part of our workouts and all on demand videos and workouts are accompanied with the perfect mix.

    Our music is brought to you by Fitbeats owner and American DJ Brian Howe, featuring club, dance and electronic music so you can get your groove on whilst you workout on demand.

  • How much does it cost?

    Your first month is a trial period which will only cost you £1, with this you have access to everything, once this has expired you will automatically then be billed full price at £11.99 per month to continue having access to all of our workouts, you are entitled to cancel your subscription at any time, please note no refunds can be given.

  • Are there any extra benefits?

    Every subscriber is cordially invited to enter our ‘Home Body Transformation’ challenge!

    Sign up to our 60-day challenge which involves: completing 6 x 30 minute workouts a week for three months (you can combine two 30 minute workouts together in one go and get your three hours in that way) and follow a healthy meal plan to achieve your body transformation.

    All we ask is that you monitor your progress through taking your body measurements (chart provided) and keep a record of before and after pictures.
